Nick was our agent when we purchased our property in Los Angeles. We are so very happy with him. We live in Florida and travel constantly. We purchased the property for investment, as well as providing a healthy and safe living place for our son and his partner.
Nick patiently took our kids to places one after the other, and all the while, discussing with us, showing to us on video calls, telling us the pros and cons while we are thousands miles away. Many times we would ask him to go back because we overlooked some part. He did so gladly, never failed. We completed the purchase long distance without the slightest hiccup.
All the while, he educated our son and partner about the ins and outs about buying a property, which is very valuable knowledge for 20 year olds. He held their hands after the purchase completed, to go through the repairs and maintenance.
Nick is one of the best agents we worked with (we are lucky that we had a fantastic one in Florida too). Over the several months while we were in the process, we trusted Nick more and more. Now we are certain he will be our agent again when we purchase another property in LA.
