Nick is awesome. Had some connections down in Arizona as I was getting ready to move and helped me with the logistics of relocating from Kent to Tucson. He’s always been incredibly helpful even as I was in the beginning stages of looking to purchase a home in the Sumner area before ultimately deciding to move states. His knowledge of the area was superb and it helps that he’s friendly and personable and incredibly responsive. Nick Ostrom is who you want when in comes to selling/buying a home. He has been our realtor twice now, and we will definitely use him again the next time around.
