Nikalette was AMAZING!! She did the best job advertising my home and brought over 100 people to see my house (partly because of the beautiful pictures she had her photographer take). The process was so smooth and she was very communicative about the steps and process of selling my home. Even though it isn’t the best market to sell in, I still got offers above asking price. Nikalette is personable and professional and was the perfect realtor for the job! I would highly recommend!

My mother and I recently worked with Nikalette and we couldn't be more impressed with her professionalism and expertise. My mother, an 80-year old widow, needed to relocate from FL to VA. As nervous as my mother was initially about relocating to another state and the whole home buying process, my mother’s nervousness all went away when we met Nikalette to review what my mother wanted. She made my mother feel at ease and reassured her she’d be with her at each step of the way. Nikalette was incredibly responsive to all of our questions and concerns and helped us navigate through each step of the home buying process. She really made the entire process of buying a home as seamless as possible. She helped to negotiate closing assistance and a purchase cost under listing. Her attention to detail and knowledge of the market were invaluable and I truly felt she had my mother’s best interests at heart throughout the entire process. I highly recommend working with Nikalette to find your next home! Working with Nikalette is like working with a close friend. She has your best interest at heart, listens to your needs and wants, is patient, prioritizes you, makes you feel like you are her only client, she offers input but leaves it as your discretion, and she has a lot of attention to detail! As we walked through houses, she would note the date of the water heater, spend time in the basement looking at the furnace and other items, she would note if something looked worn or opposite, if there was higher end materials we should take note of. She has been doing this for a while so she has so much knowledge about materials and usage of space! Which brings me to the next benefit of using Nikalette...you pretty much get an interior designer for free! She loves interior design and decor. In every house we saw, she suggested things we can do to make the space more inviting and add value. A majority of the items, we would have never thought of! For example, we looked at an odd inward wall of only 4-5 feets in the middle of the basement as wasted space. She saw an opportunity to create built-in shelves to maximize space and storage! Niki impressed us again and again during our time working with us, and she never pressured us. She was always prompt and made herself available. She was highly responsive to our text messages, emails and phone calls, even when it was late at night or on the weekends. After the sale, she followed up with us and even offered contractors to help us with several remodeling projects we have planned! Thank you, Niki for being vital part of our new home!

I usually don’t write reviews, but I had to share the home buying experience that we had with Nikalette Lee. I went into this process feeling extremely stressed and overwhelmed! Let’s face it, it’s not a good home buyer’s market right now. Nikalette went above and beyond anything I could have ever imagined! I am very particular when it comes to location, schooling, access and space. She was passionate, proactive, persistent and above all she listened and delivered in every way possible!
