Excellent service from valuation to completion
I have nothing but praise for Nina’s estate agent, l have worked in the property industry for over 30 years including in estate agency and l decided to try Ninas when l had a property to sell which l have had excellent service at all times, l was updated at all viewings with feedback and all the staff l spoke with were excellent at all times but the star of Ninas has got to be Pauline! If you haven’t dealt within the Industry before then you wouldn’t understand that’s it’s all about the sales progression for your property to get to completion and that where Pauline come in,she chases the sale and chain weekly making sure you get a happy ending to your sale,always keeping you updated,believe me thats what make a big difference to Nina’s and other agents!
Don’t bother with anybody else,if you want a quality,professional service

Very bad experience. Seller Accepted offer.
My mortgage broker was working on it. Received call from Nina estates saying seller declined my offer after 5 days. I spoke to David same day in the morning saying give me 24hrs I will provide mortgage in principal. Same day evening time received call from David seller declined offer.

Cannot praise Nina's Estate Agents enough! All staff involved made the sale if my Mother's house problem free from start to finish! They were always very professional, yet friendly with all contact and queries, and kept up to date every step of the way.
I would not hesitate to use them again in the future, and also to highly recommend them to anyone who needs a reliable, professional and efficient Estate Agent! Called Nina a couple of times recently regarding property. 1 of which I viewed yesterday. The first time I spoke to a lovely lady called Pauline who was very honest regarding the property I was enquiring about, which I found very refreshing and reassuring, evoking my trust in the agents. Me and my partner viewed a property yesterday with a gentleman, who I hope will forgive me as I can’t recall his name.
He was very knowledgeable about all aspects of the property and very professional. I’d highly recommend.
