Really good property management company. They rented us a beautiful house and worked with us on move in dates. A few things needed fixing and they took care of it right away. I have used Noah's to manage my rental in Frederick until it sold and my experience is that the staff was WAY more on top of my renter's situation than the other property management company I had been using. Noah's Frederick Management Corporation is a full service property management firm. I purchased an investment property in 2016, and they managed it for me in exemplary fashion for 6 years. Their service included inspections, maintenance, lease negotiations, advising me about what rent to charge, tenant interactions, and legal support for contracts. I got itemized statements promptly every month, and a detailed year-end statement for tax purposes. As an out of state owner since 2018, I have remained very satisfied with FMC's service.

When I transitioned the property to a residence, Fidel Gomez, my account manager, worked with me closely over a period of six weeks to advise on fix-up items, maintenance and costs. The service company handled the repairs, maintenance, and cleaning. The prices were reasonable, and the work was performed very professionally.

Should I turn this property back into a rental, or purchase another property in the area, I would run right back to FMC because they have proven to be a trusted partner. Thank you, Fidel and FMC!

Noah's FMC is a great place to rent from. We were originally set up to rent an apartment but it fell through 2 weeks before our move in date. We stumbled across a wonderfully well kept townhouse through Noah's and we were immediately taken care of. Throughout the three years that we rented through Noah's, like any house or apartment, there were issues that required a maintenance technician to come to the property. They worked with us around our busy schedules and promptly took care of any and all issues that surfaced. The staff and property managers (especially Noah the cat) were all extremely helpful whenever we called with any questions.

Fidel the manager, has been an excellent point of contact and runs an excellent leasing company!
I have rented a house in Frederick for 2 years. His diligence with house maintenance and ability to fix problems, like a sewer backup, and fix floors, has been way above average!
I would continue to rent from this company, but moved because of work.
