I use to be the manager of this community, it is beautiful. I loved the gated access in to the community. The RD program that the community has is such a great way to getting the resident homes and making sure that they stay in them. Some residents have been there so LONG!!!!

I would never rate this mess of an office and AWI MANAGEMENT. The entire office managed by KEANNA ROSSO, AND HER ASSISTANT, THE GENERAL MANAGER ANGELICA BORRELLO, AND THE DIRECTOR OF operations LINDA FRAZIER were so unprofessional it saddens me to think that people are allowed to work with the public. I was approved for a one bedroom, back in August of 2018. Only to, on a weekly basis be lied to. For example: I was told that I was next in line to get an apartment, but later told by Keanna that she" gave it to ger friend". I was also told that their office is open on Friday's, but they don't answer the phones, just to name a few. And this was ok, and acceptable by her Dm DISTRICT MANAGER and THE DIRECTOR OF OPERATIONS MANGER LINDA FRAZIER. I WOuld CALL AND THEY WOULDN'T ANSWER, ALL THE WHILE LOOKING AT THE CALLER ID...... then later to be told that I was harassing them and denied the apartment. What do you say, that in 2018 there is still descrimination, prejudice, and ignorance towards people of color. I will continue this unjustice publicly and throughout social media.

Serously would give this place 0 stars if i had the option. This place is so unprofessional. Do not waste your time trying to get in here. The process took over a month with so much back and forth, I could not actually put into words how unprofessional it was to get all the paperwork done. All the stress to get everything that was needed and in the end was told NO over something that they should have known would make it a NO from the start. I highly recommend that you reconsider if you are looking into getting in here.
