the Fact that they rent in some of the most ghetto neighborhoods in San Diego, and they have the nerve to ask 3x the rent and above a 675 credit score is insane, I'm doing this review on my Tour account because I think even those looking to move to this city should avoid them at all costs!!!! just look how the company allows the staff to respond to these reviews, talks about professionalism and honest abiding citizens. but has the nerve to slander people and even taunt previous and current tenants. I know much more than they think because my relative leases from them.

I wanted to tour a house rental listed by them but there was issues with the lockbox multiple days I went for a “self quided tour”. They said I couldn’t apply if I didn’t see the inside first even though I saw the outside of home and peeked into the windows for 3 days back to back. So finally they get the lockbox fixed and told me it’s already been taken off market. I’m pretty sure they were just saving the house for someone they know as I have excellent credit/income to be approved immediately. Either way dealing with them was unethical and they wasted my time 3 days in a row. Would not recommend.

Of all the places to survive the fires and hurricane we had a couple years ago, this place remains. At least they seemed to have finally owned up to being entitled spoiled brats who whine about tenants reaching out when there are real problems that need to be fixed. The best thing you can do is avoid renting at any of their properties, you'll save yourself a huge headache, a lot of time, and several missed appointments on their end. Really a shame adults think they can act like this, but karma will find them soon enough. 😉

It's companies like this that give real estate a bad name, I called to ask a few questions about their credit score policy and spoke to Yolanda, very rude person, kept me on hold for 5-10 min, right away said if you don't meet the requirements don't apply, brushed me off right away. I have semi bad credit but no history of evictions, rent always on time and overall responsible. I guess they rather have an empty property than rent it out to someone with bad credit. Good luck dealing with YOLANDA!!

Horrible. Their solution to an electrical issue we had was to kill one of the switches to a light in the dining area because they couldn’t fix a short that was constantly happening. We don’t have light there now, and this was after waiting weeks for someone to even come to fix it. From work orders being marked as complete when the issue was not solved yet, to taking months to resolve fairly simple issues such as fixing the blinds, to not being able to securely fix the towel hanger on the wall after “fixing it” 3 times… I cut my toe badly from the towel hanger falling off the wall after “fixing it” the second time. I can go on and on with just how terrible this company is. The worst.

I had to add a statement here after reading the reply below. Very disappointing that this company can’t even own up to the truth. They would rather resort to blatant lies about me not being present during the appointment when I was there every time. The job was simply not done. Please enjoy a photo of the kitchen that’s been sitting like that for over 3 months with no progress. God bless.

LIARS, LAZY, AND LOW CLASS! Never in my life have I dealt with such incompetence. I rented an appartment from these "property managers" two months ago. The day I moved in I sent them a list of things that needed to be fixed in the unit. Mainly a ceiling fan that wasn't working and a significant crack in the bath tub. Being that the unit was on the second floor I assumed at least the tub would be fixed in a timely fashion as it obviously had the potential for significant damage to the floor below. A week later when the handy man came, he crudely slapped down some silicon, took a two second look at the fan and said he needed to run to home depot and would be back to sand the tub and fix the fan. I sure hope that guys ok, because I haven't seen or heard from him, or any other handy man, since. On top of that, 5 weeks after moving in I get a call from the good people at Noble saying my unit is on the market and will be sold. They acted like it was a big surprise to them, and maybe it was, but.... In the meantime, however, the offered me a $100 credit towards my rent for the inconvenience and told me "not to worry because it will most likely be sold to an investor." I did receive the credit the first month, however when this past month came, not only did I not get the credit, I still have random people trampling through my home every other day mind you, but there was an added fee attached to my rent that had not been there before. It took 3 seperate calls on 3 separate days for them to admit their mistake and agree to write me a check. I was told the check would be sent out that day. A week later when I still hadn't received I called to question Noble and I was accused of badgering them and I was told that "they aren't responsible for the postal service." As for the added fee, no one seems to know. I decided to swing by their office full of rude people who more or less told me I wasn't a priority and to wait to be seen. I sat for half an hour before having to go back to work, which I feel like was their plan all along, as I was told by Denis that the owner Jason was in and would see me. I'm a hard working single dad and $100 is a lot to me when I budget to have it, specially around the holidays. At week ten of my stay at their property, they still haven't payed me for the money they took and nothing has been fixed in the unit. I wish I had read the reviews concerning Noble Real Estate services before I moved into one of their properties. I can tell you no matter how nice for how reasonably priced a property is, I will never move into a place managed by them again.

Edit: 9 years is a long time to respond to a review... Regardless, I stand by my statement enough to reaffirm it even after a decade. Your company has that effect on people.

Edit 2: That's another lie, but it only speaks to your continued track record of character... very low class.

I've tried everything I could think of to get ahold of someone about viewing and hopefully renting a house and now after seeing these reviews I'm glad I didn't because I'd go insane dealing with this sort of stuff. I really hope the home owners read these too and choose different rental management companies to oversee their homes. I've never seen this sort of nonsense from a decent rental management office.
