Our experience was amazing. Noffke construction homes has not only affordable new homes, but they have quality products upgrades and just their overall building materials are top notch. We worked with a listing broker by the name of Stacie. She was beyond professional supportive and had our back all the way to the finish line. Went above and beyond the call of duty. Me personally I would never use another builder but Noffke construction they are the best!!! you won't be disappointed.

Do NOT waste your money with a Noffke home. Worst decision we made. Not only do we have major defects with a 1 year old house they won’t return emails or phone calls to fix their wrong. Our noffke home is a lemon home. Roof leaks, drywall damage, electrical errors, major construction errors. They have no follow Up or supervision of their contractors. We have rusted nails in our roof do to no ventilation and 4” of water under our house. We are still waiting on a flooring piece they promised on our closing walk through. Please save yourself the headache..buy from a different builder.

I would highly recommend Noffke homes for endless reasons from the experience to the actual home itself. Their team is phenomenal. They are professional, personable, kind, and truly care. They made me feel so comfortable and informed throughout my whole process waiting for this beautiful home that I’m so thankful and proud I get to call mine, thanks to their whole team! They were so patient with me and can’t thank Stacie and Jen enough for going above and beyond. I know there’s behind the scenes staff that as buyers, we don’t get to know or meet, but a special thanks to all of them too for a streamline and smooth process with building my dream home! The home itself is stunning and I could not be happier. There’s tons of builders and homes out there, but none can compare to what noffke homes creates. They set a very high bar and standard from the home to the family oriented team that give the levels of service they do. My kids and I (our sweet dog included) could not be more thrilled and grateful for this beautiful house we now call home. ❤️ thank you always and forever noffke homes!!!!

When my husband and I began our search for someone to build our dream home we spent time visiting model homes. When we walked into a Noffke home we knew we didn't need to look any further. The quality that is put into a their homes is a huge differentiator. From the very beginning, even before we purchased the land, Matt was incredibly helpful guiding us through the process of building a custom home.
