North Berkeley Properties made my stay (1 year-long lease) more pleasant than ever. All the maintenance requests were resolved right away, and the North Berkeley Properties Online Portal made everything easier, from payment, to submitting maintenance requests and etc. They were also very accommodating and flexible with the tenant's requests. Ethan especially would respond to our emails very fast and make sure everything was taken care of. North Berkeley makes sure that it’s customers are happy. They have an affinity to detail and the management is kind & respectful. Also, the construction staff is great and willing to work on your schedule in the event something breaks. Steve Castro of the construction staff is great, respectful, and professional and if you live in any North Berkeley complex, be sure to request him or his team when something breaks. I’ve lived at more expensive apartments such as the Metropolitan, only to be disappointed with their response time (except for exceptional service from Aurelia) leading me to discontinue my stay under their management. You won’t have similar issues with North Berkeley Properties and you’ll save money. Overall 5/5 experience.
