Set up an appointment on Saturday AM using the automated email sent to me along with the qualification info. The following Wednesday the day of my appointment I got a reminder email and text 5 hours ahead of the showing. Then got a please confirm email and text 2 hours before my appointment. I confirmed and then got an immediate notification that the showing was cancelled and this property has been taken off the market. I had taken a few hours off of work to go take a look at the place. I called and Nick was polite and apologetic. But waiting 2 hours before someone is supposed to show up is not the best way to do business. Be warned if you are dealing with “tenant turner” style automation as this kind of workflow will be prevalent and a total waste of your time.
