We just leased with this complex. Alanna and Diana have been an absolute pleasure to work with. Life has been throwing out a lot of trials over the years. This team has really gone above and beyond to help in our needs to get settled into a new home. Alanna has been very open, and communicative with everything during this process. They have also been extremely patient as my schedule is less than easy to work with. The atmosphere is all about making everything fit to your needs. Not about pure luxury or pure savings. Definitely about comfort and ease. I would highly recommend this complex to anyone who just needs an honest, friendly environment that is pet friendly. Worth a look.

Truly sad we had to break our lease. This place has been wonderful. We were warned at move in last June that maintenance would take a while as they were short staffed but maintenance has never been an issue, always prompt. Great parking, pay for one and easy to find open as long as you get home by 7/8pm. Secluded enough we didn't get much noise at all. Office staff was always friendly. They have someone pick up dog poop owners don't and that guy will always wave hello. Just overall a great place to live and we loved the layout- first apartment we ever had a legit hallway.

Great place to live, especially if you have dogs. The complex is well taken care of. The staff at North Creek have treated me better than any other apartment complex I have ever lived in. They are always ready to help and they never make me feel like I am bothering them.

Pass by - and it will save you time, money and nerves!!! Communicating with you here will be too pleasant and polite, don't let it deceive you! Be aware that you can be scammed here. The scheme is simple - you pay for the application, they will "check" it for a few days, and then they will still refuse to rent it. In addition, no one immediately warns that, in addition to the application, you need to pay another $100 to remove the ad from the site. It is recommended that you pay them as soon as possible to start the process of verifying your identity. These funds can be returned only within three days from the day of payment (if the application is rejected)! That is, if they call you and refuse on the fourth day - you will lose both the money for the application and another $100! That's what happened to me. I explained my situation to the manager and asked if this was acceptable to them or if it would not be a problem, but was assured that it was not! That is, they talked to me as a tenant (as it turned out later, just to ask for my money). Every day for three days, they called me and asked for some additional information and documents, although on the first day I asked about the list of documents that are necessary for verification. I didn't have much time to move, so I was really waiting for my application to be approved. What was my disappointment, when on the third day (!), at around 5 o'clock in the evening (and the office is open just until 5, of course), the manager Connor called me and quickly informed me that the application had been rejected. When I asked him about returning the $100 deposit, he said that these funds are not refundable. I insisted on this and reminded him that he himself told me that the funds are returned in case of refusal after three days of their payment. I don't know if it was a happy accident or if the manager just miscalculated the days. I got my money back a few weeks later, but it didn't save me any stress or solve the problem of moving.

I have lived here for over a year and have been pleasantly surprised at how quite it is. The management is very nice and helpful. The apartment is nice with decent sized rooms. The neighbors are great we have never had a problem with any one who lives in the complex. My only complaint is we are on the second floor and during the summer it is impossible to keep it cool in here.

I've lived here for about 2 years now and feel like I've got a pretty good feel for the place. I agree with previous reviews that parking for a 2nd vehicle is very difficult after about 3pm. Each unit gets 1 free assigned spot. My car was stolen about a week after I moved in but I've not had any other issues with theft/break-ins. The old metal paned windows do sweat so mold is definitely an issue around the windows but I haven't had issues with mold anywhere else. There have been pot smoking neighbors off/on but they don't seem to stay long. The only pest issue I've had is with ants every spring/summer but that's to be expected on the 1st floor and they have been easy to control. I tend to do the simple maintenance myself but when I do call, it's usually because something needs to be replaced. Maintenance responds quickly and are courteous and professional, but it usually takes several calls/trips to get the problem fixed, which is not consistent with other places I've lived and why I gave 4 stars. I don't have any issues with noise from neighbors. They're apartments so it's expected that you'll hear some noise from your neighbors but when there was a large whining/barking dog next door, I couldn't hear it if I had the TV or radio on at a low volume. The back side of the buildings seem to be designed with privacy in mind. You can sit on your back porch and not see your next door neighbors if they are sitting on their porch. The bedrooms face the front/parking side of the building. The units are very spacious. Based on current pricing in the area, I think their prices are reasonable and I do plan on renewing my lease. Overall, it's a good place to live.

Not living there yet but did apply, the staff there were so welcoming, warm and friendly. I have been looking for a while in the area for me and my foster daughter and coming here meeting the staff truly motivated me to apply. The apartment tour was outstanding and also the price is great!!! Awesome amenities including gym, pool, cabana, and grills for the hot weather we are hoping for. I look forward to living here you just know good people and management when you come across them everyone had a smile and laughed ! It felt genuine good job ladies.
