Deric is wonderful. We moved into one of the properties he managed from Hawaii about 2 years ago, and from what I remember he was quick to respond and very attentive! He also knew his stuff really really well. Deric answered all our questions & gave us suggestions as well. He helped to communicate our needs to the homeowner (like putting in a rail for the steps outside since we had someone with some mobility issues). Deric really listened to us and helped us out!

The website interface for the resident portal is really nice and easy to use. We got a reminder on the last day of the month to pay rent on the 1st with a link, very helpful. Also putting in service requests and the response time on that was good too! All in all, it was really easy, convenient & stress free and we would definitely have gone with Deric as the property manager again if there was a house that could have worked for us this time. Its really too bad we had to move but the homeowner was selling...

If there is a property in the future & we are still in the area we would not hesitate to go with you again. We really appreciate all that you've done for us. It has been amazing from the start!

Does anyone have a good number or email to reach someone? I have tried every method I can find and have not been able to reach anyone since an initial email I received giving me a form to complete. I completed that form online, have a great credit score, no pets, and no other reason to be disqualified. We are very interested in the property and need to move immediately.
