Wow! From day one I was so impressed with not just the property, but Tonya Wiley, the property manager. She is ON IT! She is the consummate professional. While looking at properties, other managers were slow to respond or would not respond at all. Tonya is always available, and an excellent communicator. She runs a tight ship, and you can count on fast resolution of problems or needs. The Connelly Ave apartment was an absolute gem! Incredible yard, and spectacular sunsets. Bunnies and deer. Very quiet and clean. The apartments are spacious and a great place to call home. This place was just a wonderful experience from beginning to end, and Tonya is a huge part of the reason why. Thanks Tonya! You are a pro!

We currently live at The Vantage apartments and love it! Tonya with North Ridge property management is an awesome property manager and she has made our move in and living experience here smooth and enjoyable. She is very responsive to maintenance needs and any other questions we have. It is refreshing to get this level of customer service even after we signed the lease and renewed our lease! I definitely recommend living here and working with Tonya.

I absolutely LOVED my townhome! It’s beautiful and quiet. The property manager Tonya was an absolute delight to work with. She made the transition so smooth! I was coming from another state and she went above and beyond to make sure everything was ready for me. If anyone is looking for an awesome place to live in Ferndale WA. I recommend The Sorrell Townhomes!!!!
