I cannot recommend them any longer for HOA management. The HOA manager does not have proper training or understanding of the laws regarding Davis Sterling and HOA management. Required filings with the Secretary of State do not happen. State mandated deadlines are consistently missed. Management "forgets" a lot. Language that must be on mailing in order to comply with the law is not present. Follow up on maintenance takes months and once things are approved are often forgotten. There are significant problems with email notifications not really being sent to members causing problems with payments coming in in a timely manner. Written notices for warning violations are not sent. It isn't a problem until it becomes a problem and then it's a very expensive one. Beware.

This office is on the third floor of the Union Bank Building. Sometimes parking is a little tight or you might have to walk a bit. There were several women working in the office and I was greeted promptly.
If they keep all of their properties as nicely as this one they should be in high demand.

17 + years of illegal unprofessionalism I have taken them to small claims and prevailed over having homeowners cars towed from in front of our homes in designated parking spaces. They have since reversed this ruling but are now harassing homeowners on archectictual issues that are out of their jurisdiction

This property management is horrible!! They do not have good customer service and do not know how to handle situations with their properties that have major issues/problems that need to be fix right away. They always blame the tenants and expect them to fix everything. If I could give zero stars I would of!!
