Alison was referred to us by a dear friend and she helped us find our dream property in North Idaho! First and foremost Alison is just a great person to be around- authentic, sincere, upbeat and very friendly. Funny I should put that first because what we really want as buyers and sellers is competency, and in that department Alison really knocks it out of the park! She knows this business inside and out like a real pro, every potential pitfall or issue was identified and handled with amazing attention to detail and explanation. As a local girl she knows everyone. Guiding us through all our due diligence Alison had really good insights and all the best resources for inspections, reports, recommendations, etc... I've bought and sold and handful of homes over the years and Alison is by far the best agent I have ever worked with.

Alison is a PRO!! We had a very specific area in Northern Idaho where we wanted to purchase. I communicated this to Alison. As soon as a property became available Alison was ON IT. We were one of the first to see it and put in an offer. As escrow proceeded there were a couple of complications. Alison handled them professionally and as our advocate. I was so pleased to work with Alison Murphy I purchased two properties with her over the course of three years. I moved 2,900 miles to Sandpoint from Connecticut and could not have done it with such ease without her assistance. The properties were diverse, on Schweitzer Mountain, and at the Idaho Club. I kicked a lot of tires....she was patient, understanding, and listened. BTW, she knows everyone and everything about Sandpoint, so what's to worry about, such a pro.

Alison was outstanding. We were in the market for a vacation home in Idaho and got connected to her through our local realtor in Louisiana. We made a 3 day trip up to Sandpoint to check out the area, with the intention of finding out if it was the place for us. Alison set up a call to learn about me, our family, and what we were looking for a few weeks prior to our visit. From there she curated a list of homes for us to visit and worked around our schedule to make sure she devoted an entire day or more of her time for us. Her local knowledge and professionalism was second to none. She even offered up her boat to give us a tour of the lake! Alison also sent over a dozen or so recommendations of hikes, restaurants, and other activities for us during our visit. The experience continued after we found a house and made an offer. From lining up inspections, taking more pictures, going by the house all while we were remote, she made the home buying experience seamless. After closing she continues to be an asset to us, and has answered any and all questions we have had and lined us up with multiple other local experts (Boat dealer, concierge services, landscapers, contractors, etc) in an effort to make our purchase and experience at Sandpoint enjoyable. 10/10, would absolutely recommend.

I reached out to Allison by email and she responded quickly to my inquiry although we had never met. She demonstrated a deep knowledge of the Schweitzer market and has skied the mountain for years. Allison stayed on top of every issue through the offer process, home inspection and closing. She has followed up post-close to check on our experience in the new home. We've worked with more than a dozen realtors over the years and she is simply the best we've encountered!

Very few people know the market at Schweitzer like Alison. She was patient, thorough and worked diligently to get our property sold. Have used her both on the purchase and sale side and I can not recommend her enough
