I Had an opportunity to help my 20 yr old son facilitate a purchase of a starter home. We weren’t really looking but a listing had caught our eye and Cheyenne Payne with Northwoods Reality was extremely attentive, supportive and honest with the whole process. We started with only 2 showing appts Feb 21,22 2025 and an offer to purchase by Monday with 1 counter opportunity, she was guiding us on the market in todays chaos and what it was going to take to have a successful offer. We had not looked into the real estate market before then so we were not up to date on the process. We closed on April 4 th, 2025. Unbelievable results. Well done.

Cheyenne with Northwoods Community Realty; Jackie Leonhard Agency is Awesome. We had been looking at property to buy and had come across a listing on the MLS through Realtor.com that we’re interested in.
