We had an absolutely great experience working with Cala. We began discussing selling our property with Cala back in June 2024. She was very professional and had open, up-front communication from the start, which continued through the entire process, the closing and beyond.

If you are relocating to the north woods of Wisconsin and want a realtor that understands what you are looking for,stop by Northwoods realty in park Falls.you won’t find a friendlier group of people willing to meet your needs. I am in my sixties,set in my ways and probably not the easiest person to deal with. I know what I want and my realtor ( Cala neu ) listened, and never showed me anything i wasn’t interested in.if you want to see any house go to any realtor,but if you want to see houses that meet your needs then see Cala neu. I took over a year to find my dream home,Cala never gave up on me.Cala shows up with all the property info and if you want to walk the property lines she is right beside you.if you need a realtor that understands you the first time,and won’t waste your time showing property your not interested in ,see Cala you won’t be disappointed

I had the wonderful pleasure and expert experience of working with Cala last year when working on the sale of my home. I enlisted Cala to handle the paperwork and everything else needed for doing a for sale by owner option. Cala went above and beyond to be professional and get me the best help, and information needed in order to sell my home. Cala even had brought lots of attention and potential buyers to my listing in record time. I could have had a longer running listing on my home and awaited for getting more for my home, but for specific reasons I felt called to go with my first interested buyer of whom I sold to in record time. I cannot recommend Cala and her professionalism enough!
