Very unprofessional and do not care about the tenants what so ever. If something is wrong with the place you are renting expect to have to do everything yourself or wait 6-12 business months to get anything handled, or until you move out and they take your deposit to fix things that should of been fixed while living their with their money not yours.

The house was not clean what so ever when we moved in, they told us we needed to have the carpets cleaned (no problem) and we paid out of pocket and they still tried to charge us for carpet cleaning. Make sure all of your appliances work as we had a broken dishwasher the entire time we lived there, they had a maintenance guy come out 3 different times, never got it to work and to top it off they re listed the house with the same OLD stinky dishwasher.

If you do plan to rent from them, take pictures of every single thing when you do your walk through, keep a paper trail of everything discussed between you and the agency so you have proof of everything!

I have to start off by saying I am very shocked by some of these negative reviews. As someone who has had a professional career in Hospitality and more importantly building strong relationships through excellent customer service, my expectations are pretty high. That being said, my expectations so far with NWPMG have been exceeded.

My husband and I were put in a sticky situation when our landlord sadly passed away last year and our rental home of almost 8 years, was put up for sale by the bank in an effort to liquidate assets. We’ve been on the look out for our next rental for some time but nothing had quite fit the bill until we found the perfect house just barely listed by a verified source (NWPMG). We knew we had to jump on this opportunity asap. Especially after dealing with many, many ridiculous scams thus far.

After showing interest, Priscilla responded with a screening email asking clarifying questions to help distinguish if we meet their requirements as prospective tenants. Now as someone who most likely gets inundated daily with interest emails, this screening process makes complete sense…at least to me.

I sent what she needed right away and we were in contact shorty thereafter. We had to go back and forth on when we could see the house since my husband works afternoons into the late night. That being said, she had a short window available that very day (Saturday) and could squeeze me in. My husband was only available on Sunday however, Priscilla does not work Sundays (everyone deserves a day off) so I had to see the rental by myself.

Upon meeting, she was welcoming, friendly, and had a sunny disposition. I was able to take my time and inspect the entirety of the home. She made sure I took however many videos/pictures I needed since my husband wasn’t able to join me. Our conversations were wonderful… she informed me of the friendly neighbors we would have that also have children (we have a 2 year old) and about the surrounding area/parks/events for children. If I wasn’t already sold on the rental, which I was, learning this additional information sealed the deal as a friendly, family community is very important to us. It was such a pleasant experience that I gave her a hug when I left and my husband and I submitted our applications that night.

Our next interactions with Shiloh were just as pleasant. She helped us understand the details of what we would be financially responsible for if approved, answered any clarifying questions, and has been very patient with me (as you can see from this review, I am annoyingly thorough). With Shiloh’s speedy communication, we were able to get through the steps we needed to get approved.

Thanks to Priscilla and Shiloh, we will be moving into the perfect little home for our family in the next couple of weeks!

We rented a home from them for 2 years. The experience was not the best to say the least. At move in, the home had NOT been cleaned. Walls were dirty, food left in the refrigerator and the washer smelled like dead fish.. just to name a few issues. We notified them and never to this day received an apology nor any type of explanation. I did the cleaning. I noted this as well as preexisting pet damage on our initial walkthrough. Upon move out, we have been charged for this preexisting damage as well as 586.00 for carpet cleaning! We are fine with paying for the carpet cleaning as stated in our lease but we aren’t willing to pay an outrageous price. I have gotten quotes from 4 other companies and the highest quote was 245.00 which would include the mandatory pet enzyme treatment (all quotes included this) I have emailed them several times and have only received 1 response, that they would “look into it”.We have heard NOTHING since, and I have emailed 3 times.
Do better.

We began renting this property on September 1st, 2024, and initially, the property management was kind. Nevertheless, we encountered issues, and the property manager, Joseph, became extremely aggressive, rude, and disrespectful, especially considering my position as a U.S. Navy captain. He disregards my emails, and his responses are consistently negative and disrespectful. The company's staff lacks literacy and only shows respect for themselves. If required, I'm prepared to take legal action against this property manager for his unacceptable behavior.

Terrible customer service via email! They ask a few standard questions which I gladly answered however the only thing they wrote back was sorry you need to make 3x the rent. That was it. No other options didn’t ask for paystubs other income nothing. Very distasteful glad I know not to go through them. Priscilla I hope maybe you can take some time and think about how you come off to others.

Tried to get more information and schedule a tour for their 11115 state Ave rentals but the showing coordinator Priscilla just comes off as aggressive and rude when she sends out her emails. She first ask a bunch of questions “before she would love to schedule a tour” I answered her questions, then I had a few questions of my own and instead she responded back with “ You will need to check back when you are ready to move to see what we have available at that time.” I am planning to move in 3 months but I usually like to go see units, buildings, get information and see if I like what I see so when the time comes I just send it my application and not waste time looking at units, also I know sometimes landlord companies let you pay a holding fee to hold a unit until move in, I am even willing to do that too if I liked the unit. I like to be more prepared. However, I asked her if she still couldn’t offer any general information, she asked about pets, I gave her my answer then asked her a question about pet policy and she couldn’t even answer or at least schedule a tour. From her first email, I did not like the tone in how she was asking the questions and then I read the reviews and how everyone has been complaining about the same person yet this company keeps trying to defend her poor behavior. Definitely will not be leasing here.

I wanted to take a moment to give some praise to NWPMG, and more specifically Priscilla.
While the company did well with the listing of the potential new home their response to the application was quick, it was Priscilla that helped us and guided us through the tour of the place. She was friendly and knowledgeable, but most of all patient with us as we asked her several questions.
Despite us not moving forward with the process (another home became available to us), we would gladly work with Priscilla in the future -we couldn't ask for a better agent!
