This management company is phenomenal! They know their job and they do it well! I've had the pleasure to be helped by Sara, Ashley, and Mary.
Ashley was really great and came through for us to forward our application to another home that was listed when the one we had originally put it in for ended up getting rented.
And I want to thank Mary for putting up with all my phone calls and transferring me to these other lady's (I called a lot! lol) she was also a big help in providing me the information I needed to add to my renters insurance when the other gals were not available to speak with.
And when they aren't available, they allow you to leave a message and each time they got back to me promptly, unless I was unavailable then they would leave me a detailed message stating why they were calling.
Lastly I would really like to say a huge thanks to Sara for helping me through this whole process! She is absolutely amazing, great personality too! She sent me all the information I needed and gave me a heads up each time before so I knew what was coming. Also she worked so well with me to get things cleared up with previous apartments I had lived in when they didn't send the right info. Sara was on top of it! I even called the office at the previous place and she was already on the phone with them at the same time getting things squared away!!! I appreciate her patience and knowing she was dedicated to helping us get the home we wanted!
I'm so excited to move into our first home! Thank you very much Oak Tree Management for making this happen for us!!

I would like to mention here about this group they are very irresponsible about their jobs and I felt like discriminated and judged because I want to rent a brand new house and they ask me about my income. I’m owning a trucking business which is 4 months old and I have no credit history at that time but they said they will get extra deposit for low credit
And then I send them all the income proofs that I have and the bank statements as well and after that at the very next day they sent me decline mail the reason again did not show enough income proofs.
This is ridiculous when you telling the truth and gave all the proofs and personal info after all of this denied application
I’m pretty sure they are doing discrimination. I wish If I were give them a 0 star. I prefer to give 0 to this company

Oak tree has Apartments in East Bay and I worry they won't be able to make money this year by charging for Applications and keeping the cash. With the new laws they have to refund. Late for all the viewings with a nasty attitude. Hurried the showings and blocked me in and held up traffic. After getting in touch with the supervisor, I was only further disappointed and out of my 6 apps only one was refunded.

We have been renting from Oak Tree Property management for 2 years getting ready to sign another year lease. In the time we've been here all work orders have been taken care of extremely fast. The office staff is super friendly and easy to get ahold of through text message. When we first applied for the property it was the easiest process ever almost everything could be done online. Paying rent or requesting maintenance is super easy through the portal. All in all one of the best property managements we've rented from.

We've used other property managers in the past and Oak Tree is by far the best! For the last 10+ years they have given us fantastic service and excellent advice with our rental properties. Terrible Property Management don’t ever rent at 2605 Brookdale Apartments on high Street or rent from this company. They will take all of your deposit at the end and overcharge you. They don’t have any empathy for their resident. Vehicles was hit more than one time in front of the apartment building through A car ran into the whole apartment. Building wouldn’t be surprised if they do insurance scams on their buildings to get more money. they get are and get rude, disrespectful neighbors that play music loud that are ghetto. They don’t fix up their properties, overall, just don’t do it Or you will end up stressed out living at any of their properties
