This management company is a joke. Their staff are rude, unwilling to help and very difficult to understand. My family has lived in fountain valley since the late 1960s and this management company has ruined the ambience of the formerly great fountain valley town center. This company hires belligerent staff and uses predatory security practices to target innocent people and have their cars towed. I have never experienced such a level of disappointment with customer service until I had the unfortunate displeasure of calling this company to try and resolve and issue they caused.
