I got to visit my uncle last week who had renovations done. The garage design is so sleek and modern. I heard about OCA Builders when my friend couldn't stop gushing about the work they did for her. After my adult son had to move back home because he was laid off, I called them about converting my garage into an apartment. They were upfront about the costs, and seemed to genuinely care about what I needed. My son is very tall; he's 6' 8". He tends to smash through things. So it was necessary to have his own place built for him. OCA Builders did exactly, and I mean EXACTLY, what I wanted. My garage conversion is perfect. All the work was done in a timely manner. They were very polite and even cleaned up after themselves. I can't thank the folks at OCA Builders enough. I'd give them 10 stars if i could. It's so wonderful to have my son at home, but still be able to have him leave. If you know what I'm saying.

When I moved to Santa Cruz & bought my house, it needed some work. So I decided to do a little research to find the best people to help me with me complete my Santa Cruz home renovation. These guys are amazing, I had an unused pool house that was just falling apart and not in use. So after checking out the reviews and other ADU specialists I decided to give them a call. I was very impressed with their website, and what they could accomplish. Once I got my quote after they came out and checked out the structure I was sold. It was beautifully transformed into a studio type apartment to accommodate my adult kids that come to visit mom. They also made a an extra part to keep the structures original purpose a place with separate storage and changing room. Most definitely recommend.
