My family and I were hoping to book a home for a 4 nights, to spend time together in a beautiful place, memorializing my mother who died this month. I reached out to Jose about a property and he said the owner of the property only wanted a week long stay and would not be flexible. When I asked about other properties that Jose sent us, he said they would not be flexible as well. The rental policy posted on their website says a one week minimum is required June through September and on holidays. Two night minimum for all other reservations. There is something about one week minimum during Covid, but Covid restrictions have been lifted and I was asking for a time in early next year. I suspect people who have had a good experience with the realtor or company did so because they were happy to put down a chunk of cash with little else needed.
NOTE: I was trying to reserve the first week of April 2022.

This was my first experience with Oceanic Realty and I could not be more impressed. Beau was a delight to work with, friendly, helpful, and quick to answer all my questions. The level of customer service went beyond anything I ever imagined and I will definitely use Oceanic Realty again.
