I love it here! 2 months so far, the grounds are extremely well kept, and the staff is friendly and always on site. You may have to call, but they will accommodate you asap. Yes, there are rules here as to a comment with an unruly group that came in a week ago. But you either follow them or you might get unhappy staff due to you and your attitudes if you bring it. Which we actually saw and felt and didn't appreciate. It's an excellent place to come and stay in Oceanside! Everything is nice and just blocks away!

An amazing Resort to bring your family! We have Been to resorts all over this state. Everything is walking distance no matter what your looking for including the Ocean which you can walk to in 10 min if that. The entire resort is Super clean, Showers are beautiful, laundry room is perfect, game room with arcade games, full size pool table. Board games and they even have a small library. Great pool and jacuzzi, it just goes on and on. The management here is exceptional! Always helpful and very kind. A special thanks to Jody who goes to every length to insure your stay here is second to none. I have never seen a Resort with staff like they have here amazing!

We stayed here during some renovation, they are upgrading many sites to 50 amp service. Our plans changed very close to our arrival date and they accommodated us very well. The bathroom/showers were clean and accessible. One set was closed due to the construction, but we felt very little inconvenience for it. The staff is helpful and professional, the grounds are clean, the sites are concrete pads and fairly easy to get in, the roads are wide and the pool looked clean and ready to jump in. They communicated well, regarding gatherings while we're there, code changes, and mobile propane service. Within blocks of the campus are gas, eats, and vehicle/tire services.

We recently stayed at this Resorts for three weeks, and it was an incredible experience for our entire family! The kids absolutely loved it, especially the hunting games designed just for them. The activities were engaging and fun, keeping them entertained throughout our stay.

A special shoutout to Ryan, who made our stay even more enjoyable. His enthusiasm and dedication truly made a difference. We highly recommend Event Resorts for a family-friendly vacation. We'll definitely be back!

This place is so good and well cared. Everything is so clean, washrooms, laundry room, pool, game room and the campground in general. The location is also good to go to many attractions and visit the sea. Staff is polite and helpful. It is worth a stay here.

I stayed for 4 months and the facilities / amenities were consistently kept very clean. Large bathrooms with large walk in showers.
The management is excellent to work with and communicate with. (Jody, Damon, Ken)
Of course, wonderful location.

Great for month to month in off season!
Came from 1000 Trails and just decided to stay.
I do not normally write reviews but because employees worked there did such a wonderful job and it was a comfortable place to temporarily call home 🏡

The only downside is ... THE TRAIN noise!!
I never got used to the sound train as early as 5am and as late as 11pm.

This park is like all of the ones in the beach cities. They are just wide enough for the rig and a picnic table. However, this park has a fence partway between the sites. Most of the sites are concrete Pull-Thru spots. The campground is situated right on Pacific Coast Hwy and is near to everything, except a sandy beach. You can access a beach with just a short drive. The park has a nice but small pool and Jacuzzi. The staff maintains the park in a very clean condition. The Sprinter light rail train goes by frequently and blows their horn but it doesn't bother me. This is our second stay and we will definitely be returning. You can get packages delivered by UPS.

We had an extremely frustrating stay at this campground. Upon arrival, there was no one at the office to assist us, and despite being told that no changes to our site could be accommodated, staff members were actually on-site but refused to help until we complained.

We specifically chose this location because we were in town for a marathon, but the amenities and service were lacking. At the pool/spa area, they enforced an unusual rule against any outside food or beverages, which is not typical of most camping resorts we’ve visited. Worse, it was clear that staff was unhappy with our group’s presence. Shortly after, they abruptly claimed the spa’s chemical levels were “inaccurate” and forced us to leave—a ridiculous excuse we’ve never encountered at any resort or campground.

We also had a group of children ages 9-12 who were playing in the game room and they were told they couldn’t be in there unless they had someone over age 14 to supervise. We’ve never had that experience before. Usually our kids can play in the game room and cruise around the park with no issues.

We have stayed at numerous 5-star resorts and campgrounds, and this was by far the worst experience we’ve had. The lack of customer service, inflexible policies, and unwelcoming attitude made for an unpleasant stay. Would not recommend.
