Beware of SCAM. It takes professionals no more than 45 days to close a loan. These fraudsters will drag you under the bus. I've seen it with multiple poor folks here. It costs big bucks to apply for a loan. I would suggest you be VERY careful. We are looking forward to our PA campaign against these practices.
