I had a deeply disappointing experience with Old Dominion Realty. The way I was treated felt discriminatory, and I did not receive the same level of respect and service as others. No one should have to face bias when looking for a home or seeking real estate services. Businesses should operate with fairness, inclusivity, and professionalism, but unfortunately, that was not my experience. I would not recommend this company to anyone who values equal and respectful treatment.

I highly recommend ODR
Micha Branson handled my most recent real estate transaction.She went above and beyond to take care of the many details involved in the sale of a piece of property. I live out of state and depended on her and her team. They took care of every detail allowing me to feel comfortable and confident being 2000 miles away !
I have worked with this office in the past and received the same service on previous sales.

They are really that bad. I handed over the rental apartment in good condition and they keep the deposit and they still say we owe them. What a bad experience. I don't recommend it. ? We never paid even one day late and had a bad experience with the parking. I have friends who also had the same thing happen to them.

Brian Ratliff made selling my property super easy. He was great to work with and really quick to reply to questions or concerns. If and when the time comes again, I will definitely have Brian handle that for me!! I highly recommend him!!

I rented from them for 3 years. The absolute Best experience with them. They take great care of their tenants and fix/correct things in a very timely manner. My Landlord was Katie and I couldn't have asked for anyone better. If i could give more than 5 stars I would.

Jenna was our realtor and we were very pleased with her as our buyers agent and will use her again in the future. I would give her five stars, however Chad was the sellers agent and while he earned some positive marks as that he was also part of the developers team and we have some negatives there. We feel more than a little mislead regarding the parking situation is the biggest negative. Maybe there was some conflict of interest there I don’t know.
