Phase 1 is great the apartments are spacious with high ceilings. The guest bathroom is huge, and the balcony has a beautiful sunset view.

For the way the property manager, Candice, behaved, this place should be clean like a palace. The apartments are nasty, people spit all over and I complained to have it power washed. People joke this apartment is the ghetto.
Candice was so disrespectful, she hung up on me because I spoke back to her in a tone she speaks to not only myself but everyone she’s come across we with. She can dish but not take it. Our white and colored neighbors have all accused her of being racist. I came home with my 3 year old to a man smoking crack at one of the neighbors door. (The neighbor is not involved in anything of that sorts)
She cares zero about the tenets who live here. My daughter’s preschool teacher also had not nice words for Candice Shelton when I informed her where I live. Apparently, she spoke to her husband in the most disrespectful way. They are Asian btw.

All of these apartments are a scam .. how can you raise the rent 300 dollars I'm sure the renters income didn't go up how do you expect then to pay their rent how is this low income apartments according to ones income .. what a joke the government is not trying to help anyone

I can't believe the billionaire developer from Texas took this vintage olive grove and threw up these ugly blocks of housing , didn't bother to save one olive tree either , and then calls this the Olive Ranch OMG how disgusting ! that's what happened to all of Southern California , complete destruction for Roof Tops and crowded living . America ?

Unprofessional & poor customer service. Sounded like a teenager answered the phone & they didn't even provide details to increase interest. Based off that first interaction alone, I wouldn't recommend even applying here. You've been warned ⚠️
