Wind River Realty sold the rental property we were living in at the time. While we were able to move into a new place, they allowed the new owners to access the property before our move-out period had ended. As a result, the new owners removed many of our belongings without our consent.

I lost irreplaceable items, including belongings of my deceased mother and some of our furniture. They also attempted to take my husband’s military knife collection, which we thankfully managed to recover. However, they threw out my Charter Communications equipment, leaving me with an unpaid bill that has now damaged my credit. Despite this, Wind River Realty has refused to take responsibility or cover the costs.

This experience has been deeply upsetting, and it’s clear that this company prioritizes their own interests over the well-being of their clients. I would not recommend them to anyone.
