Everything is great here. Wonderful customer service by Quinn, one of the property managers I believe.
The only negatives are that some of the bed rooms don’t have typical doors or windows. They have a wall that has mostly all privacy glass but tenant needs to put a curtain or something to make it dark enough. Some of the walls or floors are concrete which kind of reminds me of being in the dorms again. (Kind of gives it a modern look and feel except for the concrete wall that we saw, as it looks like unfinished concrete.) The living room and kitchen area are great tho as well as the garage and fitness center. The mail room is awesome too. The roof was absolutely amazing! 🤩

Scheduled a viewing at this apartment. I called on the way sent straight to off site answering service. Called once ai arrived, no one onsite in the office. Called the number multiple times, received a different number from the offsite office. Still received no answer on that number. There was no one in the office on site at all. Very inconsiderate being that I took my time to come down here with no parking at that. I mean just from this it seems very unprofessional and likely this will be a problem.

Ive been here for 15 minutes now and no call back, no one has arrived, nothing.

I can't recommend living in this building to anyone. Management is completely unresponsive. Don't even bother trying to get maintenance to fix anything. You'll be lucky if they return your call in a week. The place is filthy. The hallways always smell like garbage. Noise levels are unbearable, with thin walls. You can hear anything your neighbors doing. You're better off living anywhere else. Save yourself the headache.

Olume is a beautiful property with a gorgeous rooftop, unique unit styles and a fantastic staff! From maintenance to the Leasing Office, they are all very helpful which makes this feel like a community and home!

I'm glad I found this place as it is so close to my work. I love telling everyone I know that I live here!
When I first saw the Olume online I knew I had to live here. Seeing it in person sealed the deal for me. The extraordinary view of the city from the roof can be compared to the view of Athens from the Acropolis. I've taken a lot of photos and I haven't even been here a year! I also love having a washer/dryer, central heat/air and double pane windows. The leasing office having kind and relatable staff is also an added bonus.
Living here has helped me recover and heal from my recent trauma. I cannot thank them enough.

Olume management team along with the maintenance team are quick at responding to issues. Miles is super patient with my concerns and always makes time to listen and acknowledge them. Despite things that are out of their control, the team at Olume is always supportive ! I appreciate them all!

This apartment complex is wonderful. The rent is competitive and much better than any of the other properties I toured. The apartments themselves are beautiful too, with smooth concrete floors, exposed concrete accent walls, and the perfect amount of natural wood. They are also designed in a way that lets a lot of light into the apartment. I could see the glass dividers being a privacy issue for some residents, but using window privacy decals would solve the issue for pretty cheap. I’m also a big fan of the soaker tub and the AC.

The staff here are fantastic and take the time to get to know their residents. Maintenance issues are resolved quickly (Jose is great) and I always get a fast response when I reach out to the front office for any reason. The leasing agent Quinn and the community manager Miles are particularly thoughtful, kind, and professional. Sometimes it feels more like staying in a fancy hotel than an apartment complex because of the service.

The location is interesting. The area itself isn’t the most walkable, but the easy access to public transit (the 14 bus and the Van Ness station in particular) makes up for it. It’s the tallest building in the general area, so the rooftop has amazing panoramic views of the city, and you can even see the bay.

Some people have mentioned having trouble with PG&E in their reviews, but that’s a problem with PG&E and not Olume.

Other things I really like about this place since moving here:
- the fire pits on the rooftop
- the package concierge for getting mail
- the trash valet service (you just put it outside your door!)
- the Zipcars available to residents in the garage
- the building is ACTUALLY wired for fiber internet
- you can Airbnb your place out, and Olume helps you with the logistics

If you’re considering living here, I highly recommend it.
