I Was Coming To Leave Another Warming , Lived At Golden Givens In Tacoma Maybe 2 Years Ago, This Company Is A Scam. Piss Poor Management That Lies To Credit Agencies On Conditions Of Apartments Leaving You To Either Pay Insane Fees To Be Able To Rent Anywhere Again Or Be Homeless! They Do Not Care About Residents Only About Money For Ran Down Infested Apartments. They lied about carpet damage water heater damage and cleanliness of apartments, if anyone else has had this experience please share so we can move forward legally

Liberty Gardens in Marysville was the perfect place to live. They kept the grounds clean and maintenance was taken care of quickly. Management was a pleasure to work with and I would recommend them to anyone.

Brandi get it together!! Your such a horrible person! Quit having your handyman do Electrical work!!! They have you sign a paper telling you not to then tell you in person to do the work. l&I and the union already got you for this same thing.
They make all there managers have the tenants give 5star reviews. I've even seen the managers writing them with the tenants phone.

They can't charge you for pest control if your connected to another unit
Flooring deprecates 20% per year after 5 they can't charge you for cleaning or replacement.
Make sure anyone doing electrical is licensed!!!
They have 21 days to return or explain the deposit.
10% cap on rent increase in most city's
This place is a joke and doesn't know how to deal with real problems. Just collect the money.

Crooked company. Liars and illegal business practices.

Looked to rent from here. Paid holding fee. Couldn't move-in by agreed date. Got my holding fee back. Time passes. Receive bill and collection warning for said holding fee of the unit that was not made available for the date of move.

I contacted olympic property management on two units in Sumner wa, on both occasions I asked to see the lease i would have to sign if I decided to rent either unit, I told by the first individual that i would have to apply and pay a holding fee first, then they would send me the lease, on the second unit I was told and different story, I would pay for credit check, then I would be sent a copy off the lease, I never received a copy off the lease as promised by individual number 2,
What are they hiding why can't you see a copy off the lease prior to parting with hundreds off dollars,
I was told i would received a copy multiple times, finally they admitted they won't let you see it until you commit to the phantom lease, stear clear off these people they can't be trusted or believed

(Former Canyon Grove resident) These people do not answer phones or reply to emails. Our apartment was absolutely spotless and they sent a bill stating we owe $4,000 for alleged damages to the property. The proof that was sent were items that we were told to leave in the garage by the new agent Robin. This place is a scam they do not have a physical office so theirs no way of speaking to anyone. We originally were moved in by an agent by the initials of MS who knew were very clean organized residents. However, when we were departing Robin a very dishonest agent was the one to do our walk through. She stated everything was fine to my husband. I am furious that have now added a collection to me and my husband’s credit report and have not yet to reach back out to me with a resolution. Beware of this company please!

If i could give less i would. Save your money, bad management, bad properties, slow response time, but they are sure to make sure you handle your end. Go to a different company, and let this one go into the dirt where it belongs.

I would NOT recommend Olympic Management properties. Olympic is the definition of corporate greed and they are shady as hell. I could write a novel but I will keep it short and to the point. Stay far away from them at all costs.
