I rented a unit in November, it had a severe leak. I have since then been locked out of my unit and I’m being charged for six months rent. The roof has yet been repaired. I fear I may lose my business along with the soggy or rusty inventory or have a court battle

Horrible. I've rented all over the area with other companies when moving back and forth on deployment and recently my child rented from this company and carpets stunk of wet dog and in no way were professional cleaned! Garbage was left all on back yard, items in garage, throughout house. Heater went out and it's now on day 6 of NO HEAT in Temps of 30s !! They have not fixed issue still! Rotten company!!!!

*****DO NOT RENT HERE*****
0 Rating if I could do so
Before I put a Thumbs up but now I changed my mind as of today. I gave them a flash drive of everything I noticed when I moved in. First of all the last tenants before I moved in Left the place filthy. 2nd the owner did address anything that I thought was wrong during the 3 years I have lived there which was no problem.

I even let them come and do walkthroughs when they wanted during my tenure there. The owner seemed nice and I thought as a tenant that I would do the best I could do to take care of the owners place. This property management company has completed my walkthrough while I was a way in another country stating that everything was good per our email.

The walls were the only thing wrong-they had spackle on them in certain spots, this was do to any tack holes or dings that could’ve been created by any tenant. All I was trying to do was help them out before I moved out. So here’s the thing the property management company is communicating with the owner and now the owner is upset supposedly!!! I was rarely there and paid my rent on time, in my 3 years- the place looks better or either looks better than it was before I moved in. So now they want to take my security deposit and deduct the amount spent for the walls that I patched which were small dings and have the carpet cleaned by a professional. The Carpet or none of the work done prior looks like it was done from someone off of the street. “Note they are selling the house”

They did paint the exterior but painted over a rotten deck which I mentioned to them that needed to be repaired. I had renters the whole 3 years just in case I slipped on the deck. Oh and they service the furnace 1 time, and the hot water heater busted on me when I first moved- in, in which I had to use my towels to soak the water up from the floors. By no means do I blame the home owner but this property management company. Before you rent here make sure you take a flash drive of all the things wrong with the property and give it to them and make sure you walk through with them because it will be a back and forth because at the end some of these companies are shrewd and shysters. OR HOME OWNERS OR TENANTS DO NOT RENT WITH THIS PROPERTY MANAGEMENT COMPANY - Your choice’ This is just coming from a person who was a stellar tenant for 3 years. Trust me I do a lot of reviews on google so……. Photo may be added later

SO HERE IS THE DEAL I LOOKED AND HAVE THE RECEIPT FOR CARPET BUT NOT RECEIPT FOR THE PAINTING OF THE INTERIOR WALL PATCHES THAT I COVERED TO HELP NOW ALL OF A SUDDEN THERE IS AN EXTERIOR BEAM? Above the front door…. Take a look at the email.
The water bill was paid. Dianne most of the time sent it late

They bought our month to month lease and forced us to sign a year lease despite explaining the situation that we may need to move before then. Now they won't let us out of it and said we have to keep paying "until they find another renter" at a higher price. I could easily find someone to replace us at the same rental rate.

Frankly, the licenses of at least three agents I've worked with over three years should be revoked. The interactions are riddled with excuses and attempts to shift blame, and they orchestrate deceitful "walk-throughs" under the guise of checking for "safety hazards," pressuring you to grant them entry to potentially find reasons to impose fines or other penalties. These agents craft their own rules and refuse to acknowledge their mishandling or loss of rent payments, as in my experience. They exploit those with low income and individuals already burdened by unforeseen life challenges, even when rent is being paid diligently. It's crucial to get any agreements in writing; otherwise, they may surprise you by unlawfully disposing of your possessions and saddling you with over $4,000 in "late fees" and other ambiguous charges, contrary to what your lease stipulates. Fortunately, I have the opportunity to bring OPM and Mr. Cooper to court for wrongful eviction & stealing thousands of dollars during a time when every last penny meant the difference between a bed or a vehicle for my 3 yr old son and i to sleep in. It makes you think to yourself, "these are real life slumlords, how can they still hold their heads so high knowing they are screwing people left and right?"
I will not allow it, not when my son (who is on the autism spectrum) has been so negatively impacted and his life interupted.
I anticipate they might retort by blaming me for unpaid rent or some other false and baseless claim. However, the impending court date will reveal the truth. That is, unless they choose to ignore my demand letter and face the irrefutable evidence I possess, including contradicting emails, texts, their own paperwork and court transcripts. Although I have attempted to reach out for answers, it is they who should be initiating a resolution, not me.

Very unprofessional. They showed me one property (which I decided not to go for) but then when I asked to see another one a week later, they never responded. I have emailed, texted, and messaged them to see it and no response. It makes me wonder how well they take care of the tenants once they have signed for an apartment. Also, their search engine on their website doesn't show any properties. Clearly they are not a good business to work with.
