This place is absolutely beautiful! I’ve visited this location a few times, and I must say the amenities are amazing. The parking situation is convenient, and the area is wonderfully quiet and peaceful. Its proximity to the freeway makes getting in and out a breeze.

What truly stands out are the people—everyone living here, including the apartment manager, is fantastic. The staff go above and beyond with their kindness and hospitality, making this a welcoming and comfortable place to be.

I highly recommend One Adrian Apartments to anyone looking for a serene and well-maintained community.

I was really scared to move in general because I hate change. Tiffany made this experience so comfortable and easy for us! The location seemed concerning at first being by the airport and highway but it’s not an issue at all so far ! We just moved in but are very happy with this decision! Get Tiffany to show you around if you’re looking!

I recently had the pleasure of touring an apartment with One Adrian and it was a fantastic experience from start to finish. The leasing agent, Toriana , was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable, answering all my questions with patience and enthusiasm. She really took the time to understand what I was looking for and showed me several options that fit my needs perfectly. Although, I am looking for a short-term lease, which they do not offer, I’m still considering a 12 month considering how great the building is!

The apartment itself was immaculate and beautifully maintained. The amenities, such as the gym and pool, were top-notch, and the common areas were clean and inviting. I was particularly impressed with the attention to detail and the modern finishes in the unit.

Overall, the tour exceeded my expectations, and I felt very welcomed throughout the entire process. I highly recommend One Adrian to anyone looking for a new place to call home. Thank you, Toriana, for making the experience so enjoyable and stress-free!

I didn’t have an appointment, and even though Tori had many tours, she still managed to squeeze me in. She was very professional and informative which was very helpful. Although, I have decided not to go with this place because of the inconveniences of vocation I still thought I would give my opinion on the leasing staff. Kaylyn was amazing to work with. My wife and I wanted to check out this place last weekend and contacted the property for a tour. Kaylyn immediately responded to me to give a quick introduction and confirm our availability. We loved everything about the property, the high ceilings and the resort-style feel, except the location was an inconvenience factor which lead us to look elsewhere.

One Adrian is a brand new apartment complex in Burlingame. Location is super convenient and it is walkable to a plaza with restaurants and a gas station. And also easily walkable to the Millbrae bart station as well.

The inside of the community is very nice with all the amenities that you can think of. Definitely a place where one can live very comfortably in. Special shoutouts to Tiffany and Caylyn. I was indecisive on the floor plan and therefore had booked multiple tours to look at all of them. Tiffany and Caylyn were very friendly and patient with showing me the different units and answering all my questions. They have been very responsive as well.

All in all One Adrian is a very nice apartment complex!
