Unfortunately, my experience with this company was deeply disappointing. It became apparent that my nationality played a significant role in their decision-making process, which is unacceptable in any professional setting. Additionally, I was shocked to learn that they engage in activities that compromise ethical standards. It's disheartening to see such practices tolerated.

I urge anyone considering applying to this rubbish company to proceed with caution. Discrimination and unethical behavior have no place in any workplace, and I hope my experience serves as a cautionary tale for others. Every individual deserves fair treatment and respect, regardless of nationality or any other factor

Thieves. I went to an exhibition in London and was told by Yathu that if I paid a small amount as a down payment for a property on the day (it had to be that day) it would be fully refundable if I did not want to go ahead with the purchase. I found an identical property in the same block for 50k cheaper within 10 minutes of leaving the exhibition. As a consequence I asked for a refund, I still do not have it over a month later. It has been a nightmare dealing with Yathu and Damac who apparently have to give me the refund even though it was Yathu that I paid. Damac have made me jump through a number of hoops to get my refund and I feel like I will never get it. This came about as a result of hard sell techniques by One Investment. The irony was I received an email 24 hours after making payment from them saying that the deal for the small down payment and trip to Dubai to view the property had been extended by a week. I have tried to phone One Investments this morning and predictably there was no answer. Do not deal with these people.

I had a very professional experience with zee and Toby from one investment. Thanks to them and Martin from Demac I was able to do my first ever investment in Dubia. Once attending the exhibition in London I decided to go to the fly before you buy scheme. I was treated with royalty was shown around the different projects in Demac. We then mange to secure a unit which was right for us not once did I feel that I was being pressured into purchasing.
I would once again like to say a big thank you to all 3 of them for all the help and support and would definitely recommend others to look into investing with them.

She's honest, informative and explains everything about the various properties and developments that OIG are working on extremely clearly. She has a very collaborative, friendly and professional approach and even if you are not ready to buy immediately, she definitely leaves you with the sense that when you are ready to buy, it will be through One Investments. I would not use any other agent to buy a property in Dubai!
