My husband and I first met Michael and Haley at an open house where we were so impressed by their warmth, knowledge and professionalism, that we knew we had to work it them. As first time home-buyers, we had a lot of questions and didn’t know where to start. Michael and Haley were so patient and took to time to provide us with invaluable education so that we would feel confident in navigating the home buying journey from start to finish. Even with our crazy irregular work schedules, they made themselves available to answer our questions, concerns, and requests via phone or text.

When my husband and I decided to buy our first home, we started asking our friends (who just had bought homes) about their experiences so we could get an idea of what to expect. We knew the market was tough, but we were still surprised by the horror stories we heard, especially about the number of offers people were making before getting something accepted. Discouraged was an understatement! Then we met Ryan and he told us how different things could be. Before we even looked at homes, Ryan insisted we meet with him to start "planning". Buying a home for the first time can be a scary and overwhelming process. Haley and Michael took that process for us as nervous first time buyers, and patiently broke it down and guided us through it in manageable pieces. From the start, they felt like old friends, and did everything they could to meet our needs. We were blown away at the dedication and flexibility they showed for us in working with super tight time-frames, and the heart they put into what they do. Haley graciously took the time to be sure she wasn't just selling us any house, but our family's home. We brought a listing to her, and she kindly made sure we understood what was available to us by setting up other options for us to look at as well. When we made a decision on which house to purchase, she immediately took action to help us get our offer in on time. After we were accepted, she consistently stayed on top of deadlines, and pitched in wherever she could, even entertaining our busy toddler so we were able to focus on important tasks like hearing the inspector. Michael was so patient with us in explaining the financial side of things. We were less prepared than we had hoped to be, with the timing of finding this house being 3 months faster than expected. He took the time to help us figure out what our monthly budget would allow, making sure that we could actually afford what we were about to do, and still live comfortably. He worked hard to help us make the pieces work for us, and always fought for us where he could. They both continue to make themselves available to answer any questions we have, and make us feel welcome to do so. This hardly does justice in describing all their extra personal touches that took one of the biggest decisions of our lives, and made it something we will always cherish. You've heard the saying, "under promise and over deliver", but with Michael you get "over promise and over deliver". In our first meeting he was so confident in his ability to sell our home for more than any home has sold in our neighborhood. I should have been skeptical, but I've worked with him in the past and had absolute confidence in his ability. Not everything went according to plan initially, but in the end we got everything we wanted, he even found some time to get married in Tahiti!
