O'Neal Vacation Rentals has been very good so far. We choose them as they are far ahead of other rental companies in their use of technology both to acquire and manage renters. The other rental companies in Santa Cruz seem to working "old style" and are not using online booking companies effectively or in some cases not at all. O'Neal has been very responsive and "on top of it" in creating a great rental experience for our guests.

O’Neal took over managing my Airbnb a few months ago. I was hesitant to turn it over to them, as I had good success with bookings in a good economy. But O’Neal has been able to get it booked even in a softer economy. What I didn’t realize is how much easier my life is with O’Neal managing the Airbnb. I can turn off my phone on weekends! O’Neal is professional and thoughtful and has also helped me with a major repair issue. The house is now booking up very regularly, and I believe the reviews the house has been receiving are great!
