Ben is an amazing agent to work with! My husband and I tried looking for houses to rent on our own and kept striking out. (Let me tell you that trying to find a property in Orange County that was quiet, gated, and affordable was no easy feat!) Our friend connected us to Ben and he helped demystify the renting process. He coordinated tours, reached out to agents/owners, and helped guide us through applications so that we were highly competitive.
