I rented a unit of theirs in Everett from October of 2023 to march of 2025. I have had nothing but prompt and pleasant experiences with them when I had to reach out or vise versa. Unit was great In terms of size and layout as well as fairly priced, only had to have maintenance come out once otherwise everything worked as expected and was well maintained. Would recommend for renters looking for a place to live.
