We just purchased our 2024 Impreza from open road Subaru. We had the pleasure of working with James. He was very knowledgeable and so easy to work with. Our car was in accident which according to the police report was caused by an Open Road Subaru employee driving one of their cars on the dealership's business. The dealership does not have insurance on its vehicles with a normal carrier and is self insured. So instead of filing a claim we have to ask them to make it right. We have been given the run around when trying to reach out to them. We are extremely frustrated. We asked for simple solution it appears they want us to just walk away and deny their accountability. Meanwhile our rental costs add up and we still do not have a permanent solution to our car problems.

I just purchased a 2025 Subaru Outback for Open Road Subaru. It was a great experience. I am so happy with my new car. Initially, I got a warm welcome from the General Sale Manage John Lopes and then I introduced to Victor Goncalves, who wound up being a really great Sales Consultant. He made me feel so comfortable and was very personable and knowledgeable. He took the time to find out what I was looking for and to explain all my buying options. He seemed genuinely concerned about getting me in the car that I really wanted. Will Daan, the Finance Manager, made doing the paperwork seem effortless. When I picked the car up, Victor was a pro and educated me on all the features and how they all operate. He was a true professional. I could not be happier. This is definitely the place to come if you are looking to purchase a Subaru.
