We enjoyed our apartment, and know sometimes a fix or two is required with an older building. However the leasing office is very frustrating to work with. They never return calls regarding the building or maintenance. And not just calls it’s emails and texts they won’t reply to for days. Horrible communication.

Literally the worst company you can ever go with. Upon moving out they stole all of my stuff. They have brown water and never fix it. Oh and bugs they never fixed their bug situation. They laugh at you and don’t care about you. Please love yourself and don’t rent here and if you do LEAVE!! But don’t tell them until your stuff is gone bc they will come in your unit and take it before you can

This property management company does not care about their tenants. I’ve had to deal with numerous issues from black mold, to my bathroom ceiling collapsing due to water damage, to their maintenance crew cutting my internet/cable line, major roach issues, etc. You can never get a hold of anyone at their office when you call and even leaving a message is pointless. When’ you do get a hold of someone, they’re extremely rude and act as if you’re bothering them.

I hired Optima Enterprises for a property I owned. I wanted Optima to bring in a tenant, do the accounting on the property, help me rehab the property since the site needed a lot of work, find me tenants, and handle any communication with the tenant. Optima was on it from the start, they got me an estimate for the rehab of the units, told me what it was going to cost, found a contractor that they trusted, gave me daily updates on progress, handled payments, and surprisingly completed the rehab of the units on time. From there, they found me qualified tenants within a couple of weeks who paid a healthy market rate for the property. Lastly, they communicated with me in a timely manner every step of the way and ensured that they answered any question that came up on my end. Great customer service, responsiveness, and efficiency in setting customer expectations. I will keep using Optima for a long time to come.

I have enjoyed living at 1017 N Spaulding Ave since 1999 and have had never had any troubles with the management or ownership. I love the peace and quiet of our area and to being close to many conveniences. I only have one suggestion, the upper outside windows should be cleaned once in a while, I don't recall it ever happen in 23 years not even when the building got a beautiful fresh coat of paint.
