OPM (Carla & Crystal) was a godsent to me and my husband. This is our second year of putting our rental property and OPM made it extremely seamless.

When we listed and managed the property ourselves, it was a mess. From pricing, taking pictures, taking applications to managing the move-in, it was so complex that we seriously contemplated selling the house after our first tenant left. We were taken to a whirlwind of personal drama with the applicants (they were sharing their stories to see if that moved us in anyway), we were driving back and forth to show the home to potential tenants, etc. It was a lot of mental and physical labor that we went through just to get the house rented. It was horrific.

Then, we were introduced to OPM a year into our first tenant's lease. My husband and I were intrigued because they made listing and property management sound so easy.

When our tenants left, we contacted them immediately to do a consultation to see if we should just have them do the listing and property management. It didn't take us long to decide, that night we asked Carla to send over the paperwork to get started on the process.

Within a week, our home was listed! The cherry on top of it all was how they marketed and presented our home. The pictures they took for our home were breathtaking!

Lastly, their insight on pricing was absolutely spot on. We pushed the price to see how it will do and to our surprise, we got an application within days of putting it on the market and even got a two year lease!!!

I cannot recommend OPM well enough - they have made being landlords easy for us.
