I have only positive things to say about Orchard Pointe Apartments and particularly their staff. During a very difficult situation, the manager and team went above and beyond with understanding, empathy, and respect. When a lease situation took an unfortunate turn, the manager showed true compassion, providing options and support when she didn’t have to. Thanks to her kindness and willingness to help, what could have been a devastating outcome was turned into a manageable resolution.

The entire staff, including maintenance, were professional and accommodating, even helping with cleanup at no extra cost. Their commitment to their residents and their willingness to work through challenges with fairness and care truly sets this complex apart. I highly recommend this community to anyone looking for a place where management genuinely cares about its residents. Thank you again for everything!

Karlee and Laura were the best! Maintenance and Upkeep were tremendous. Rent at the time went from $690 to $755 mo. Never a better time to be in PO. They even did stop-bys with new and work-needed tenants. Also an Orchard Pointe weekly flyer put in mailboxes to keep tenants aware of not only upcoming changes but also rules and specifications of tenant life.
I know this is a historic review but I would just like to say, “ those were the days my friend!”
I hope this place can live up to their previous great track record.

Before I start let me just say for the most part our experience here has been wonderful. However, I am giving 3 stars because of the constant notes on a door we get every month before rent is even due. We have paid rent late maybe twice and that's even with letting the leasing office know prior. Every month now we get a notice at our front door reminding us of rent being due BEFORE THE FIRST OF THE MONTH. In my opinion that is distasteful and borderline harassment. As I previously stated, maintenance is great, the community is great, the office people seem nice however, this leaves a very bad taste in my mouth. Especially in this economy when families are just trying to keep our head a float. We pay our rent, we pay the late fees, we don't yell and scream all hours of the night. These notes are just a reminder that these companies don't care about the working class, just getting their $$$$. Just be aware when renting here.

I am a vendor and at my visit to Orchard Pointe and witnessed Jess, in the leasing office, efficiently resolve a conflict between two tenants. Her professionalism and swift action were impressive, reflecting a commitment to tenant satisfaction and a wonderful living environment. Highly recommend her service.

Nice place to live! Lived here 3ish years, never had any problems. The maintenance people are really cool and always show up within a day or two of any issues and the staff is really nice. They also won't scam you upon moving out like most apartments will!

Nice place to live!!! I live here for 2 years & I love it ! front office staff are super cool & friendly & proffesionals .. same the maintenance staff. The quality & conditions of the apartments are great & well maintained ! any issues front desk & maintenance staff will resolve it in 1 or 2 days !

I am extremely pleased with living at Orchard Pointe. The quality and condition of my apartment is absolutely beautiful and completely fair for the rent I pay. The landscaping is wonderfully manicured and quite impressive with how well it is routinely maintained. I can tell that Nicole, (the manager) is genuinely caring and interested in the wellness of her tenants and does a fantastic job with the general upkeep of the area. I highly recommend this place as somewhere to call home.
