The food is a good traditional American breakfast. The place is crowded when we were there but the wait is short. The most impressive is the reasonable price for the meal and the portion is generous.

My favorite places in small Mall are Pizzahut and 31 ice cream. Parking space is quite enough. I never have a wait time for parking. And the staff are kind.

Orchard Supply is sadly closed. They were sold to Sears, then to Lowe's. Lowe's closed them down. Forgive them Lord, they know not what they do! Anyway we go there to eat at Castillo's Mexican restaurant. The food is excellent and we get grey service.

Staff was friendly and helpful even though they will soon be unemployed. I'm really going to miss Orchard. It's the only hardware store where I know I can get a knowledgeable person to help me with my home repair question.

Orchard Supply always seems to hire people who know what they are talking about. Better than most big box retailers in that regard, they just tend not to have the selection of the bigger places. I like to go here first looking for what I need. Shop Local!

The staff at orchard are always great! They have always been able to help when other hardware stores, this time Lowe's across the street, are acting like bumbling idiots. The difference, at least for this experience, was vast. I called orchard from inside Lowe's where I was *still waiting after waiting in line at customer service, who couldn't help me btw, sent me back to the plumbing section saying there were several employees back there who could help me. There. Was. No. One. I waited for the time it took to call orchard and once I knew they had what I needed I stormed out of Lowe's. Ave what's crazy to me is that Lowe's bought orchard a while back. Yes that's right.......I said Lowe's owns orchard supply!?! Who knew? But Lowe's is quickly becoming like home depot to me where if you know what you're doing and exactly what supplies you need, it's fine. But heaven help you if you have to talk to one of their employees about anything. Even just to ask where a specific product is located in the store. Ugh! But Orchard supply still rocks my socks off every time!

Worst location to rent a car. I had made a reservation but when came in on the day of they said they had no cars available even though i had made a reservation. ROLINDA then sent me to the location at the at the airport and promised the same rate. She also said she could not call the location to let them know what happened because they do not have a direct line. Once i got to the airport the representative there said she needed to contact the location which took her no more than 5 mins. Which she then directed me to go back with Rolinda because she was gonna fix it......just horrible service from both locations without any consideration on my time and plans.
