I had a great experience touring Shorewood Apartments. Scheduling the tour was seamless, and communication was superb. My daughter and I had a great time looking around this great facility. Matt was very thorough, gave all needed information. The unit we was lovely and we especially appreciated the view and location.

My application and move in process with Orosz Properties was super smooth with the help of Matt Jones (my property manager). Matt has been punctual and responsive since my first email with him. The application and portal made it easy to find my lease, make my first payments, and find anything else that I need for my time at Bedford Crossing Apartments.

I was enticed to write this review after Matt took time out of his Sunday to drop off keys to my apartment. His work ethic is amazing, and it deserves to be noticed and honored.

Shorewood Apartments is a wonderful place to live! Close to UW hospital for employees and to Hillsdale Mall. Orosz Properties has been nothing short of amazing, always prompt and extremely friendly. I would highly recommend living here!

I had a horrible experience living here. The rent increased significantly every year with no real improvements made to the property. Maintenance was another nightmare. Requests would either go unanswered or be "fixed" with quick, cheap patches that never lasted. I had several issues with leaks, but it would take weeks to get a response. When someone did come, it was often a half-hearted repair that left me dealing with the same problems shortly after. In short, the rent is ridiculously overpriced for the lack of care and effort put into maintaining the place. Definitely look elsewhere!

Moving to Madison from another state is stressful, luckily the experience from the management has made it such an easy process. Living here has been very smooth, thanks to Matt’s help. He’s been super knowledgeable, helpful and considerate. We have been so grateful to be part of this community. The building is kept up really well and is in a great location within Madison.

I love this place so much! This building was recently remodeled and is very clean. Easy biking distance to the university and Hillsdale Mall. There are lots of hip restaurants to be discovered nearby. The staff are all friendly and the property is well maintained. The rent prices are super reasonable based on the quality and location. Unfortunately my lease ended and had to move back to San Antonio, Would rent there again!
