I don't live here, but I know some people that do. This is a relatively new condominium community. The first phase is done, and second (or is it the third) is in process. Lots of green spaces here. The backyards of many of the units face a conservation area, which will never get developed. The units are similar, but also different. The facades have different finishes.
There is a very nice club house, with workout area, pool, games, and lounge area. It's very well taken care of.
The inside of the condo (the one that I have seen) is impeccable. spacious, well designed, and plenty of hiqh quality craftsmanship and finishes.

Tom and I have only great things to say about Berg Development.
We worked closely with Marv on our selections. We were one of the first buyers in "Overstone".
The professionalism from all the staff that we worked with and continue to have contact with is exceptional.
We knew after meeting with Marv that this was the place for us. Beautiful luxury condos and a club house like no other. STUNNING!

They are a customer of our business (Sussex Country Floral). Staff was pleasant enough to engage, as we delivered to a clubhouse that was in the process of being built.

Pleasant enough to view as far as the finished part of a condo settlement goes. A wee bit out of our price range, however.

The roads around the location are a mess (rocks, mud, slippery) during the construction process, but imagine that will improve over time. We'll update this review as things change.

Extremely well done, high end luxury neighborhood. Every home offers an incredibly view...there are no bad views here! ULTRA LUXURIOUS AND SWANK CLUBHOUSE...PUTS MOST RESORTS TO SHAME! 450K TO 550K, BEST CONDOS ON THE MARKET IN THIS PRICE RANGE! HURRY, ALMOST SOLD OUT!!! ❤❤❤
