I strongly advise against doing business with this property management company. Throughout my time at one of the apartments they manage, it became clear they had no regard for my needs or safety. I faced numerous issues with the property manager, and reaching anyone at Pacific Capital was a constant struggle. My calls were rarely returned, and when I did get a response, it was unhelpful. I even drove to their office in frustration, hoping to speak with someone, but no one bothered to address me. From the start, professionalism was clearly not a priority. Communication was practically nonexistent, and when I did manage to get in touch, my concerns were either ignored or brushed aside. They showed little care for the well-being of their tenants, focusing only on collecting rent without ensuring the property was maintained or residents were treated with respect. Problems went unresolved for far too long, and attempts to escalate issues led to more silence. I would highly recommend taking your business elsewhere.
