This man is a slim lord who is supposed to be following Ethics code for a California real estate brokers and yet he has the Audacity to call a renter a dog and how he will love kicking us out on to the streets. He won't fix nothing and wants to hike up rent more than he is supposed to. In all actuality he don't even own my condo. He is the " president " of our home owner association so he thinks he is the owner. He prays on ppl he thinks he can intimidate particularly women who aren't originally from here. Foreigners, and trys " scare Tactics. He has lost License repeatedly, For his behavior and ethics violations and also the underline of embezzlement. He is not to be trusted and he is a slum Lord. He does not take care of his properties, especially when he feels that he can make money off of it. But don't own it. My best device is Avoid anything to do with him or his property management or him . The best choice you'll make of your life

Pacific Coast Realty has been servicing my rental properties for several years. They are always on the ball and helpful. They keep the tenants and the HOAs happy. They keep me informed of issues and take care of repair work as needed. When new tenants are needed, which is not often, they get the places rented quickly.

When it came time to sell our house in Ontario they stepped in and did a fine job selling it. I could not think of anyone I would rather have as a property management company.

They are the best.

Do yourself a favor and avoid this man at all costs.

Eddie Casares is a first-class shyster. Shows us a property on Friday. We filled out an application which got approved on Saturday. He tells us he's not going to be in the office on Sunday. Contacts us Monday morning and emails us a completely filled out lease agreement. Says all we need to do is submit the deposit as soon as possible. We said great! We'll take it! But we both work and so we asked if sending the deposit by the end of the day would be ok. He said fine. Took our lunch break to contact him and ask for the best way to send the deposit. He texts back that's someone was literally sitting in his office RIGHT THEN signing a lease for the property. He leased the damn thing right out from underneath us. No heads up. No nothing. He's a jerk and a crook.

Boycott this business. How are they still in business? Eddie Ham Casares is unethical and unprofessional. Search the California BRE for his license number, 01193964, and you will see he has a history of suspensions and had his broker's license revoked by the state on 10/12/2015.

This guy will try to cheat you out of your security deposit with false claims. When you leave negative feedback for his company on the internet, he makes fake user profiles and plays the race card. He waits until midnight about a year and a half after you post a negative but honest review. He makes-up wild, false accusations that somehow incorporate the race card. How pathetic to create a profile as "John F" from Mentone, California when the real owners are Mr. and Mrs. Hill from the state of Ohio. Racial hoaxes are not amusing Mr. Casares. Especially in light of the recent Jussie Smollett case. People have no respect for fraudulent claims of racism, especially here in multicultural California.

I have filled out a new RE 519 Licensing/Subdivider Complaint form and mailed it out to the California BRE this morning.

Eddie, it is not about race; it is about professionalism and integrity. When prospective clients on Y e l p see your responses and false claims, I expect they will see what kind of person you are and avoid you and your company. I encourage you to get some help and see a therapist.
