Recently, my heater had to be replaced, Pacific Gateway got a repair man to my place right away. It did take a couple days to get my it authorized. Once it was authorized, Carina worked quickly to get my new heater installed the next day. The workmen that came were very professional, friendly, and got the job done quickly.

After a power outage made it difficult to find vendors, she went above and beyond to make sure that the issue was resolved in a timely manner.
