Chris Navarro has been incredibly patient and kind while exuding professionalism at all times. My family is going through a couple of situations where it's made it very difficult to connect, make a decision, and or get moved and Chris has been there every step of the way smiling right through the phone, even though I'm sure it's been difficult.
