Youval Ziv the CEO of Pacific Holdings Group is a scammer. Owes us $2,500 and has been ghosting us for over a year now. They’re bad people. Do not use them, apparently this isn’t the first time with him. He is a fraud, along with his company.

If I could give this company no stars I would but for the sake of the review I had to leave something. We rented a property from this company and eventually the owner of the property switch management company’s, rightfully so. Well when it was time for us to move out no one knows where our money is . We paid this company 1500$ (young and dumb) to live in a home invested in mold, and bugs, broken appliances and more. Now they have just up and vanished without a trace. I plan on taking them to court for my deposit back . THEY ARE A. SCAM!!!!!!

I was referred to Pacific Holdings Group by a friend who kept telling me what a great job they did for him.
I decided to give Pacific Holdings Group a try after speaking with them I felt comfortable with all the data they provided me for each property the suggested. after buying two investment properties and letting Pacific holdings Group manage the properties I have been extremely satisfied with the results and care they have shown me.

To my regret a very bad experience that cost us $25,000.-  Pacific broke their CMA commitment mid 2019: Not only did they stop paying us the agreed yearly returns,  it turned out they did not pay city taxes for 2019, no HOA fees for 3 years, did not maintain our properties and as a bonus did continue to collect $6,000 rent of our properties of which we still did not see a dime.  Numerous requests from the Pacific owner for compensation to no prevail.
