I have lived at Pacific Park for a little over a year. I have had the best experiences with both managers and their maintenance crew! It’s so convenient to all the stores I need to get to. The grounds are lovely and well-maintained. Even the dogs are happy to be here!
As a disabled person living on the first floor, I feel safe with friendly neighbors and the ability to contact the office should I need help. Andrew and Heather are the best!

This is the safest and quietest place I have ever lived despite it being right off of Highway 99! I love all of the greenery and the efforts to keep the place beautifully landscaped. The flowers are in full bloom right now and it’s a wonderful sight. Incredibly dog friendly (no weight or breed restrictions), public transit access is a 2 minute walk from my unit, grocery store within walking distance, friendly office staff, washer and dryer in unit, dishwasher in unit, and secure package lockers and mailboxes. Andrea in the office is incredibly kind and personable. She genuinely cares about the people she interacts with. Overall my experience here has been quite pleasant so far.

I got a chance to tour Park Place Apts with Andrea today and I loved it here! Andrea was the best tour guide and the apartments were very clean and spacious and they offered everything I needed to be comfortable for myself and my dog. I look forward to living here!

I moved to pacific park about 7 months after separating from my ex husband. At the time of moving in here not only was i moving out of the home i thought i would finish rasing my Children in but i was also starting down a whole new career path. The first year after a divorce is alway a big adjustment and this community was a life saver. The property manager and assistant manager took great care to help me find the perfect apartment for my needs and made settling in with two children a breeze. They also have the best Maintenance staff. I don't think I ever had to wait more than 24 hours for any issue to be completed. And most of the time, if it was something small, they were there within twenty to thirty minutes. The other amazing thing about pacific park is how the entire staff goes to such great lengths to make everyone feel like we are all friends. They would plan summer bbqs and movie nights in the court yard and if you went to them you got to know your amazing neighbors very quickly. And because the office encouraged such a strong sense of community. It wasn't very long until residents from multiple buildings would get together and have little potlucks In the courtyard, we did it so many times last summer and now that the weather has started to get nice. I am sure that those will happen again.

My five stars is 1000% because of Andrea and Danielle. Those two girls right there are amazing humans. Always so kind, thoughtful and caring. Honestly the best people I have ever met. Danielle was the number 1 reason my husband and I even moved to this place. Then we got to meet the lovely Andrea. These are the kind of people you want running the place!

Epic is whole other story though… -.-

I will admit I was skeptical when we got new management recently, but I have been constantly surprised with Andrew, our new manager! He has immediately taking to fixing issues in the parking lot which was desperately needed. And he's always polite and professional when I need to interact with him. Ive lived here since 2021 and I am no longer worried about reaching out to the office and asking questions, so, thank you!

Pacific park was one of the best apartments I stayed at. The staff members are amazing and they’re very helpful. Quiet neighborhood and good parking as well. If it hadn’t been for my job, I would’ve stayed a little longer. Thank you all for your service!

I would give pacific park apts 10 stars if I could. I moved in about a year and a half ago, never had to wait more than a day if that for maintenance requests, they are all so kind and helpful. Leasing staff is beyond amazing, specifically Andrea - she goes above and beyond for every resident and makes this place a community.
