They managed a house we lived in for a year. They always responded to our maintenance requests quickly and efficiently. Paying rent and utilities was always quick and easy with their app. The only complaint is that each payment you make charges you a 10$ fee and earl pf our payments were spread out in a way that we could not pay them all together, resulting in a few 10$ fees per month. Other than that, Sherry is the best realtor around.

I've lived in a Duplex in North Highlands under this property management and have loved everyone that works there.
The maintenance worker Ryan is very kind and very professional. He gets whatever tasks that needs to be done immediately. Never have he ever postponed an issue at the duplex or left me high and dry. I appreciate everyone that works there

This company is in complete shambles! Refrain from doing business with them at all costs!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! My company Castlebrook Restoration and Roofing LLC completed multiple repairs for hurricane Ian damages to their properties that they manage down in Lehigh Acres Florida. Our invoice remains unpaid to date. No one answers our calls, no one has a clue as to what's going on & no one wants to except any responsibility. Everyone of their properties that we've been doing repairs on are in deplorable conditions unfit for living. We are going to be reporting them to the state because something needs to be done so no one else falls victim to them.

Pacifica Management is horrible. They manage Rollingwood Apts at 9160 Madison Ave and the front desk staff are ghetto in their behavior and literally shrug their shoulders and get in your face when you DARE to ask them about the issues that for months have been ignored. It's hard to believe any positive reviews in the last year aren't fake by the staff. How can you have positive reviews when kids take over the swimming pools all hours of the night prop the gym room door open with rocks and make a mess of the common areas? The gym room has broken glass because kids are allowed to run wild and damage the mirrors the bathroom in the gym area is a mess it seems like a homeless person sleeps there from time to time and the laundry rooms are a disaster. Belive the negative reviews.

I lived in an apartment complex managed by Pacifica Properties for over 3 years. There were ups and downs with my unit, but Nick was always there to help me and get things in order. It's hard to find a property management company that provides excellent customer service to both owners and tenants. I highly recommend them.

My Wife, Son and I have been renting a house since 10-27-17. So far it has been a pleasant experience. They responded quickly to a maintenance request, they let me know the trees in the front yard were going to be trimmed with a 24 hour notice. The house was built in the 1050's, but it has been upgraded by the owners that lived there many years. Not sure the 2 or 3 current reviews are accurate, may be speaking of a different company. I did not know they manage property out of Ca. I find it odd, 2-1 star reviews by 2 people in the last couple months that left no text of why they rated 1 star. Surprised the review of Fairview Court location. Maybe they are having issues with trying to clean up the bad elements at that complex, there may be a method to whats going on. Best of luck to both sides. All is well here.

My husband and my daughter have been living in their Fairview court location for over 4 years now, this property has been sold twice in the time they have lived in this location. Since July Pacifica Properties has owned this location and has treated like a slum. No maintenance when asked for due to upstairs unit flooding, no dryer maintenance (2 dryers for a 16 unit complex, one just tumbles clothes with no heat,) broken fence slats, and thats thats just the beginning. The people who have done maintenance on the unit next to us don't seem to know what they were doing, they had to come 4 times to my husband's unit to turn off the water with the fourth time being the water company. When he had called them asking about their rent in regards to raising it he received the response from a woman named Bobbie (whom helps run the home office and has no bio information on their portal) saying, "well whenever the owner wants I guess." They raised the rent 3 times 3 months in a row (Nov, Dec, Jan) with no email, hand delivery, or postage saying this was happening. He found out by paying his bill on their portal and it showing a remaining balance of $50 for the month of November. His maintenance request from the flood damage in may wasn't responded to until he put in a 30 day notice and when Bobbie called him about it she said "well I handed it off to the guy that's supposed to handle it." My husband has emailed them, called them, and put in mails on their portal asking for a copy of his lease for a week now and they have only responded once over the phone saying they "tried" to email it to him but it "didn't work." I found that strange considering they were able to send email confirmation of his payments to him, meaning his email was in their system and was valid. The Fairview court complex is run down and by all means uninhabitable. The outer walls on the inside form condensation and anything near or on the wall molds, there use to be a horrible cockroach infestation for months in every unit no matter if the place was spotless, and the "new" heaters that were installed sparked and smelled of electrical fire on first use. These are just some of the problems I've had my family go through and there's many more. My guess is they will be facing a lawsuit soon. Renters beware of this shady management company.
